The hunt for the treasure chest! It was very exciting to find the X marking where the treasure was "buried." The treasure chest was filled with goodies and swords.

"Don't get caught by the croc" was the favorite game of the party. The kids had to make it across the "sea" to the boat without the crocodiles catching them. They each got two bombs (water balloons) to try to stop the crocodiles. It was a chilly day and Russ had some very nice party helpers.

Pirate party preparation: Warren turned the play ground into a pretty cool pirate ship. I made a treasure hunt and the girls all helped with food and decorations. Audrey kept saying, "This is the coolest birthday party we've ever had."
