Now I see why people choose to live here.
The weather cooled down this week to low 90s during the day and mid 70s at night. It is beautiful. It was cool enough to walk to the library with Lindsay Woolsey, a new friend from the ward, for book hour. Our family enjoyed a few evening walks and noted that there are at least 5 homes in our neighborhood for sale or rent... so consider this your personal invitation to move to our neighborhood :)
I also found a group of families with children close to ours in age and we arranged a babysitting group rotation. Fisher and I are looking forward to it's start next week!
The weekend was a wonderful end to the week. Fisher was home! It was General Conference! And the beautiful weather continues!

yea for cooler weather! I miss you so much, but I am glad you are making lots of new friends. A friend told me about an airline that gives a cheap flight standby rate for anyone under 23 years of age and I can get a flight to Phoenix for $99. I am pretty sure that is round-trip, but I am not sure. So, I'm trying to find a rationale for visitng you. :) Too bad I turn 23 in February...
Love you! Have a good week!
Well look at you, getting all involved in the ward and the 'hood! That is great! I miss you guys.
Sounds lovely. We are freezing all of a sudden up here. Snow on rooftops and rose buds. I'm so glad Fisher is home. Your kitchen looks awesome. I would love to come visit you. It's nice to have family in a place that is a mostly clear drive in winter instead of a death-defying one.
